How do I book a Kidskills program?

We have plenty of options:

How long do the lessons go for?

Our lesson is based on 45 minutes, however we can accommodate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to suit the needs of your school/ club or oganisation. If your program runs all day our Kidskills instructors do required a recess and lunch break.

What equipment do we need?

Upon booking you will be required to complete an equipment inventory as seen below. Not all equipment is required and there is a range of programs that can be run with little or no equipment. Please call 1300-30-30-48 for more information on equipment. What is the teacher’s role?

Teachers are required to be present during the lesson delivery time. The Kidskills Instructor will be in control of the class, however the teacher will be required to assists at one of the activities.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a $150 deposit is required to confirm a booking.

Are the coaches qualified?

Yes, all coaches have completed a Level 1 GYMSkools certificate. All coaches have had extensive training in the delivery of the Kidskills programs and continually update their skills.

Do I need to register to buy a product?

Yes, to purchase from us you need to register your information. This is so we know where to ship your product to and so we can contact you if need be. Your information will not be used for any other purposes.

This will also allow you to log into your account and track the status of your purchase and see where it is. It will also allow you to purchase again without having to enter in all your information. If you forget your password you can always get it sent to you via email.

What is the Shipping Cost?

We offer a flat rate shipping regardless of volume!

Australia wide shipping = $3.00

International shipping = $12.00

How do I pay for products?

For the benefit and safety of our customers, Kidskills harness the power of the Paypal payment system.

Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account, you can simply use your nominated credit card. Of course you can also use your Paypal account too. Now that's easy!

What is your Returns Policy?

Kidskills fully support our products. If you item was damaged in the post please contact us for a full replacement.

Unfortunately we do not refund DVD's unless they are found to be defective or damaged on arrival.

Do you offer a Warranty on products?

Yes. We try to ensure all our products are shipped free from defects. If there is a problem with your goods when you receive them, simply contact us via Phone or Email and we will arrange a suitable outcome with you.

Due to the fragile nature of DVD's we do not offer a warranty regarding scratches, nicks, marks unless the product is deemed to be defective
